Just after five months of releasing Folklore, Taylor Swift has won the hearts of her fans by releasing another made-in-quarantine album titled Evermore. The sister record of folklore which came with a surprise on Thursday night when she announced: “I’m elated to tell you that my 9th studio album, and Folklore’s sister record, will be out tonight at midnight eastern. It’s called evermore (sic)”.

She created these songs with Aaron Dessner, Jack Antonoff and Justin Vernon. The album includes features of other great artists such as The National and Bon Iver who was also featured in Folklore, earlier in July.
This projects, Folklore and Evermore, turn out to be a success on a grand scale taking in context to its secrecy and variety of artists. Taylor seems to have turned this year around. In the earlier years, she was constantly seen being criticized by fans pertaining to her poppy music in previous albums. This project, for a change, has evolved her music scene introducing mellow and indie rhythms.
“It feels like we were standing on the edge of the Folklorian woods and had a choice – to turn and go back or travel further into the forest of this music,” she writes. “We chose to go deeper in,” the 30-year-old actress added.
