Released two and a half years ago, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was a laughing riot and broke many records at the box office. While the fans enjoyed the horror comedy with Kartik Aaryan taking the lead, the makers have been working on another instalment to the franchise. Much to the surprise of the fans, the makers are already thinking of a fourth instalment before the release of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
According to a source close to the development of the project, the makers of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise are confident that the third instalment will surpass the collections of the second movie in the franchise and they are already planning to begin production for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4. A sneak preview of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 assures that the upcoming horror-comedy drama is promising and the performances by the main cast are worth noting.
The source further informs that the makers are waiting for the release of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and will begin production on the fourth instalment afterwards. The idea is already in place and the team is waiting to begin working on the script. If the early ideation is to go by, Kartik Aaryan will continue to lead the franchise.
Helmed by Anees Bazmee, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is slated for a theatrical release on the first of November. Kartik Aaryan reprises his character of Ruhan Randhawa with Tripti Dimri, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit playing key roles.
