Salman Khan, who faced heightened security measures earlier this year, remains under threats from Lawrence Bishnoi. Despite Bishnoi’s incarceration in connection with the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case, continuous threats on social media prompted Salman to obtain a personal weapon license for self-defence.
A recent social media post detailed a gunfire attack at Gippy Grewal’s residence in Vancouver, Canada, accompanied by a warning to Salman Khan. The Mumbai police, responding to this post, are now reviewing Salman Khan’s security, extending their investigation into the matter.
In the wake of the incident, a police spokesperson disclosed ongoing actions, indicating that they have reached out to the social media platform to trace the post’s origin. Concurrently, efforts are underway to verify the account’s authenticity and track the IP address to identify the account holder, especially given Lawrence Bishnoi’s current incarceration.
For context, Gippy Grewal faced an attack at his Vancouver residence, attributed to his association with Salman Khan. Despite Grewal’s clarification that his connection with Khan is professional and limited, threats persisted, implicating their friendship. The posted message, attributed to Lawrence Bishnoi on Facebook, warned Gippy Grewal about relying on Salman Khan for protection, dismissing the notion that external figures like Dawood could offer salvation.
