Rajkummar Rao is a gem to the Bollywood industry who is known for his acting potential. The actor is prepping up for his upcoming thriller release but he has been in news for a different reason lately. Rajkummar Rao was rumoured to be cast in the sequels of Dostana and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. However, the recent report suggests that he has other projects in hand.
According to the leading entertainment gossips portal, Pinkvilla, Rajkummar has denied being a part of Dostana 2 or Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan but confirmed that he is in talks with the director and producer Karan Johar for his upcoming project. Rajkummar Rao said that he had met Karan Johar for Dostana 2 but things didn’t work out. However, he spilt beans by saying that we can expect something very exciting from them.
While Karan Johar recently announced that Kartik Aaryan and Jahnvi Kapoor has been roped for the sequel of Dostana while the third lead will be a newcomer, the final cast of Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan hasn’t been revealed yet. Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao and Karan Johar will be collaborating for another untitled project which has been kept under wraps right now.
On the other hand, Rajkummar will soon be seen on the big screen with Kangana Ranaut in the upcoming thriller movie Judgemental Hai Kya. He also has a lineup of movies including Made In China, Roohiafza, and Turram Khan.
