Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan are the two most iconic stars of the Indian film industry and the two have produced one of the greatest cinema experiences for their fans in the Southern film industry of India as well as in Bollywood. While it is the dying wish of their fans to see the two legends sharing screen space once again, filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj might make the wishes come true.
As per the report, the Kaithi fame director is working on a script that might bring the two superstars under the same roof for a movie. If things work out as expected, it might become historic for the Southern film industry and the movie will be considered as one of the most anticipated movies of the Indian film industry. However, there is nothing concrete about the project at the moment and we might have to wait for a little while for an official confirmation.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth has recently wrapped the shooting of A.R. Murugadoss directorial mystery adventure Darbar, while he will also be working with renowned director Siva. On the other hand, Kamal Hassan will next be seen in the second instalment to the Indian franchise costarring Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh and Nedumudi Venu in the leads.
