Jio Studios and Aamir Khan Productions are set to release the much-anticipated trailer for Laapataa Ladies on January 24, 2024. Kiran Rao’s directorial, which received acclaim at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2023, promises a laughter-packed experience with an intriguing storyline.

In the teaser, the film unfolds comedic chaos as two newlywed couples embark on a train journey between small towns. Amidst the celebration, both brides mysteriously vanish, leading the bewildered grooms to seek assistance from the police. Ravi Kishan portrays the cop handling the attempt to file a missing person report, resulting in a series of uproarious situations. Nitanshi Goel and Pratibha Ranta shine in their roles as the missing brides, supported by the talents of Marathi film actress Chhaya Kadam and Sparsh Shrivastava.

Laapataa Ladies, presented by Jio Studios and produced by Aamir Khan and Jyoti Deshpande, is a collaboration between Aamir Khan Productions and Kindling Productions. The film, based on an award-winning story by Biplab Goswami, features a screenplay and dialogue by Sneha Desai, with additional dialogue penned by Divyanidhi Sharma. Scheduled for release on March 1, 2024, the movie promises a delightful and entertaining cinematic experience.
