Featuring Manoj Bajpayee as a family man who is living a secret life, Family Man has been one of the most successful and critically acclaimed web series of India. While the first season of the show left everyone excited to watch Manoj Bajpayee in more action, the makers had earlier announced a second season which is now inching towards the release.
The highly anticipated second season of the show was delayed due to the ongoing pandemic but according to a source, the web series will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 4 June. While the fans of the Family Man 2 are waiting for the release in July, the second will be making its war earlier to the streaming giant. The Manoj Bajpayee starrer was earlier slated for a release in February but had to be postponed.
It was earlier reported that the streaming giant decided to postpone the release of Family Man 2 to avoid any further controversy with its content. Two major web series of the platform, Mirzapur and Tandav, were alleged to hurt popular sentiments and created chaos on social media.
Helmed by Raj & DK, Family Man 2 features Manoj Bajpai, Priyamani and Sharib Hashmi in key roles.
