Padmavat’s Mehrunissa a.k.a Aditi Rao Hydari seems to be ace film maker Mani Ratnam’s latest favorite leading lady. After last year’s ‘Kattru Veliyidai’ with Karthi, she will be seen in his upcoming bilingual  multi starrer ‘Chekka Chivantha Vanam’ in Tamil,  which would be dubbed and released in Telugu as ‘Nawab’.

Aditi has very captivating and mesmerising aura and vibe to her, that translates into each and every performance of hers. She will be playing the character named Parvathi in the movie.

Besides her and Aravind, the ensemble cast has stars like Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Jayasudha, Prakash Raj, Vijay Sethupathi, Simbhu and Arun Vijay in important roles.

Produced by Madras Talkies and Lyca productions, the film is an action packed crime thriller set in Chennai, but have also shot a major part of the movie in Serbia as well.

The music is composed by none other than the musical maestro of the nation A R Rahman, who has previously also worked with Ratnam in most of his movies.

The first official trailer of the movie goes out tomorrow at 10 AM. The movie will be released on September 28. Aditi shared the poster on her social media handles. Have a look:
