After making the audience laugh out loud with his brilliant comic timing in movies, actor Shreyas Talpade is coming back to tickle your funny bones in a new avatar with his upcoming television show inspired by Anil Kapoor’s popular song from the movie Ram Lakhan ‘My Name Ijj Lakhan’ on SAB TV.
The show is going to mark the debut of the actor on television where he will be seen playing a character of a Don that will make the audience go crazy with its wit and humour.
The show revolves around the happy-go-lucky Lakhan who keeps certain disagreements with his father’s (Parmeet Singh Sethi) ideologies and believes in the survival of the toughest. Archana Puran Singh will be seen playing Shreyas’s mother in the show.
Lakhan who has his own particular style of doing things, always find himself in the middle of all the troubles, but his trouble guarantees the audience bouts of laughter.
Shreyas has established himself as one of the finest actors in Indian cinema with movies like Iqbal, Welcome to Sajjanpur, Om Shanti Om, Houseful 2, Golmaal franchise, Dor etc. He also recently made his web-debut with AltBalaji’s adult comedy series ‘Baby Come Naa’.
