The team behind Hanuman Ansh recently met Union Home Minister Amit Shah at his residence in New Delhi following the film’s successful theatrical run.
Writer-director Vishal Chaturvedi and producer Mahaveer Jain were among those present during the meeting. Their interaction with the Home Minister focused on the film, Neem Karoli Baba and India’s cultural and spiritual traditions.
Amit Shah congratulated the team for bringing Neem Karoli Baba’s spiritual journey and devotion to Lord Hanuman to audiences through cinema. He also encouraged the filmmakers to continue exploring stories rooted in the country’s heritage and traditions.
During the conversation, Mahaveer Jain also discussed his upcoming collaboration with Vishal Chaturvedi, titled RamBola. The project will focus on the life and legacy of poet and saint Goswami Tulsidas.
The meeting came shortly after the Hanuman Ansh team met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at his official residence in Mumbai. The filmmakers had also previously met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow.
Based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba, Hanuman Ansh has attracted considerable attention during its theatrical run. The team’s meeting with Amit Shah marked another notable moment in the film’s journey following its release.
