Ramayana: Part One has booked approximately $2.85 million, or ₹27 crore, in overseas advance sales for its opening weekend. The figures, tracked through Thursday, October 29, come after more than two weeks of international ticket sales.
The United States leads with around $1.8 million, followed by Canada at $350,000 and Australia at $260,000. The United Kingdom has contributed $165,000, while Germany stands at $110,000.
Roughly half the overseas total is for opening-day shows, including $875,000 from Wednesday previews in North America. Bookings have yet to begin in the Middle East, leaving a major market outside the current tally.
At comparable stages, the film trails Dhurandhar: The Revenge by about 25 per cent but is nearly 80 per cent ahead of Jawan, excluding the Middle East. Canada and Australia have recorded their second-highest Hindi-film pre-sales behind Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
Current tracking points to an overseas opening weekend above $20 million, with $25 million a possibility. Sony’s wider distribution across non-traditional markets could influence the result. These remain trade estimates, not final collections; the forecast will depend on how bookings convert into business.
