Whenever we think of cop dramas, the very first name of the director which pops out in our mind is of Rohit Shetty. The director has had a successful record of his movies from Golmaal to Simmba, which opened to record breaking numbers last year. He is yet again back with a brand new collaboration in his upcoming movie Sooryavanshi.
The sizzling Katrina Kaif has been roped in recently opposite Akshay Kumar in the Cop Universe franchise’s third installment.
The hit jodi of Akshay-Katrina will be seen onscreen together after a long gap of 9 years. They were last seen in the movie Tees Maar Khan which was released in the year 2010.
Co-Producer, Karan Johar took to his twitter handle and tweeted,

Akshay was last seen in the movie Kesari and on the other hand, Katrina was last seen in the movie Zero. The shooting of the upcoming movie Sooryavanshi will take place later this summer and is slated for EID release in 2020.
