Following the completion of the international schedule for Citadel India in Serbia, the actor is currently engrossed in the promotions of his upcoming film, Bawaal. However, he is all set to commence shooting for Atlee Kumar’s highly anticipated action entertainer on July 16, 2023, in Mumbai. According to a recent report, Varun Dhawan will kick off the shoot in Mumbai next week, with producer Atlee Kumar present on set. Penned and helmed by filmmaker Kalees, the movie is set to offer a high-octane rollercoaster ride, featuring breathtaking moments and larger-than-life action sequences. Murad Khetani and Priya Atlee will jointly produce this exciting project.

In addition to this upcoming project, Varun Dhawan will also be seen in Bawaal, set to release on Prime Video on July 21. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film stars Janhvi Kapoor alongside him. Meanwhile, Atlee Kumar is busy helming Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan. The prevue of the film was released on Monday, July 10, creating a buzz among fans. Jawan is scheduled to hit the big screens on September 7, 2023.
