Renowned Indian actor Manoj Bajpayee is currently on the top of his career with the super success of his digital outing with The Family Man series. However, the actor was heavily criticized by the self-proclaimed critic Kamaal Rashid Khan and the latter even called him names in his tweet threads. After ignoring it for a while, Manoj has finally decided to take an action and slapped a defamation case on KRK.

Kamaal Rashid Khan remains in the news for controversies related to his public statements. The actor-turned-critic was recently dragged to the court by Salman Khan over spreading misleading claims against his humanitarian work and now Manoj Bajpayee has decided to move to the court to file a criminal defamation case.

According to the early sources, Manoj Bajpayee’s lawyer Paresh S Joshi has filed a criminal complaint against KRK for posting derogatory tweets against the actor under IPC section 500 (punishment for defamation). Paresh has urged the court to register a criminal defamation case against KRK and claimed that the derogatory tweet tarnished the image of Manoj Bajpayee. The actor has reportedly recorded his statement in court in this matter.

On the work front, Manoj was last seen in the second season of The Family Man web series and garnered great word of mouth for the plot and the performance of the lead actors. The second season also features Priyamani and Samantha Akkineni and Shreya Dhanwanthary in key roles.
