• Events & Opportunities – Participate in contests

The Company may modify or discontinue services at any time.

4. User Content

Users and Artists are responsible for the content they upload. We do not endorse or verify any content.

5. Ownership

All rights in the Platform, trademarks, software, and content belong to the Company or its licensors.

6. Rights & Responsibilities

• Non-exclusive, limited license for personal use only.
• No resale, redistribution, or commercial use.
• Breach terminates license immediately.

7. Charges

Users must pay all applicable fees and taxes including GST.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Harassment, hate, threats
• Copyright infringement
• Spam, malware, automated scraping

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from your misuse.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation

Services are provided “AS IS”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Confidentiality

You shall not disclose confidential Company information.

13. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make harmful statements about the Company.

14. General Provisions

• Force Majeure – No liability for uncontrollable events
• Applicable Law – Governed by Indian law, Delhi jurisdiction
• Dispute Resolution – Arbitration in Bengaluru
