Yash Raj Films (YRF) is set to delight audiences with its forthcoming release, Tiger 3, a part of the YRF Spy Universe. The film stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif and is slated to hit theatres on November 12, Diwali Day. Fans are eagerly anticipating the return of the beloved on-screen couple, Tiger and Zoya, and the appearance of Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan in the movie. Now, there’s even more excitement as the third spy, Kabir from the film War, portrayed by Hrithik Roshan, is also rumoured to make a surprise appearance in the third instalment of the Tiger franchise.

The YRF Spy Universe was initiated with Salman Khan as the first spy, and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan played a pivotal role in connecting these spy stories. Salman Khan made an extended cameo appearance as Tiger in Pathaan, much to the delight of the audience. Now, as Pathaan joins hands with Tiger in the upcoming film directed by Maneesh Sharma, it’s expected that Kabir will also become a part of this cinematic universe. According to a source cited by Pinkvilla, “Aditya Chopra has set the wheel in motion for a full convergence of super spies within the YRF Spy Universe. No one knows, but along with Pathaan, Kabir will also be making an appearance in Tiger 3. A handful of people know how Adi is visualizing Kabir in Tiger 3, and this information is being kept under wraps to be only revealed on the big screen when Tiger 3 releases on November 12.”

The union of three of India’s biggest superstars – Salman, SRK, and Hrithik – in the same universe and potentially in the same film is a moment of celebration for cinema enthusiasts. Kabir’s appearance in Tiger 3 is just the beginning of something special in the future of this cinematic universe. Currently, the exact dynamics of how these three super spies will be presented and whether they will share the same frame or not remain a well-guarded secret.

Hrithik Roshan is already signed on for War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, where he will share the screen with Jr. NTR and Kiara Advani. There’s another project in the spy genre, Tiger vs. Pathaan, featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, directed by Siddharth Anand.

Tiger 3 marks the fifth film in the blockbuster YRF Spy Universe, following the events of Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, and Pathaan. The film is helmed by Maneesh Sharma and will be released in Hindi, Tamil dubbed, and Telugu dubbed versions.
