In a major surprise for fans across the country, Yash has teamed up with Farhan Akhtar to launch the trailer of the upcoming war drama 120 Bahadur. The trailer dropped today at 2:07 PM, marking the first time Yash has unveiled a film’s trailer, and his association has added immense buzz to one of the most anticipated films of the year.
Directed by Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai, 120 Bahadur pays tribute to the bravery of the Indian Army’s 13 Kumaon Regiment during the 1962 Battle of Rezang La. The film tells the extraordinary true story of 120 soldiers from Charlie Company who fought valiantly against over 3,000 Chinese troops in the freezing heights of Ladakh. Their courage, led by Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, became a defining symbol of sacrifice and patriotism in India’s military history.
Farhan Akhtar steps into the role of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, portraying the heroic leader who inspired his men to hold their ground with the powerful motto, “Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge.” Backed by intense visuals and emotional storytelling, the film promises to deliver a deeply moving cinematic experience that honours the nation’s unsung heroes.

Yash’s involvement in the trailer launch has created a wave of excitement online. The KGF superstar’s pan-India influence and strong connection with audiences make his support a fitting tribute to a film rooted in unity and national pride. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar (Excel Entertainment), and Amit Chandrra (Trigger Happy Studios), 120 Bahadur is slated to release in cinemas on November 21, 2025.
