At the trailer launch, Vicky Kaushal opened up about the intense preparation for his role. “The last action film I did was Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019). Since then, I’ve been waiting to do action. I didn’t expect I’d be riding horses and wielding swords and spears! I trained for six months, learning horseback riding and combat techniques. I even gained 25 kgs, going from 80 to 105 kgs, for this role. Before filming, we underwent rigorous action training, and Joji and Pervez sir guided me a lot.”

Adding to the film’s grandeur is the Academy Award-winning composer A.R. Rahman, who has delivered a soul-stirring musical score to elevate the emotional and historical resonance of the narrative. Alongside Vicky Kaushal, the cast includes Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, and Diana Penty, making Chhaava a star-studded affair.

Fans can mark their calendars for February 14, 2025, when Chhaava promises to bring a blend of history, action, and drama to screens worldwide.
