Recently, the much-awaited trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana starrer\u00a0Bala<\/em> dropped online and had a striking resemblance to Sunny Singh starrer\u00a0Ujda Chaman<\/em>. While both the movies deal with protagonists struggling with chronic baldness, the timings of both the movies raised concerns for the makers.<\/p>\n

While\u00a0Udja Chaman<\/em> is slated to a release date of 8 November, makers of\u00a0Bala<\/em> preponed the release of their movie from 22 November to 7 November and irked the makers of Sunny Singh starrer. Ujda Chaman<\/em> director Abhishek Pathak said that his movie is an official remake of the hit Kannada film,\u00a0Ondu Motteya Kathe<\/em>, and he acquired the rights for the Hindi remake. “In contrast, the Bala team has been changing their release date, from November 22 to November 15 to November 7, which is a day before my film. Not sure how this will help, I think it harms both films and the industry at large,” he said.<\/p>\n
