It is noteworthy that cases\u00a0against Ekta Kapoor have already been filed earlier\u00a0in other places\u00a0connected to the web\u00a0series. Producer Ekta Kapoor and others were named in a FIR filed in Indore for allegedly offending religious sentiments, disparaging Army officers, and improperly using the national emblem\u00a0in the web\u00a0series “XXX season 2.” The FIR was filed at the Annapurna police station in 2020 under a number of provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and IT Act, according to the police. The complainant, Neeraj Yagnik, stated that he filed a complaint after viewing the web series’ offensive usage of the national emblem\u00a0and the Army uniform.<\/p>\n
