Coronavirus pandemic has once again gained a grip around the world and every country is reporting a steep rise in fresh COVID-19 cases after the emergence of a new variant. While many Indian states have announced curbs to contain the spread, Bollywood celebrities continue to test positive and renowned Ekta Kapoor confirms to have been infected.<\/p>\n

Earlier today, actor John Abraham took to his social media handle to inform his fans that he has been tested positive for COVID-19 along with his wife, Priya Runchal.\u00a0<\/em>Hours after, television and film producer Ekta Kapoor confirmed testing positive for the disease even after taking all the necessary precautions. “Despite taking precautions I have tested covid positive. I am fine and I request everyone who has come in contact with me to please test themselves,” her Instagram note reads.<\/p>\n
