The overnight star, Priya Prakash Varrier, gained immense popularity after her wink from a Malayalam movie Oru Adaar Love went viral and she became a household name. Priya made her acting debut with the Omar Lulu directorial and earned a number of projects.
Priya Prakash Varrier is all prepared to make her debut in Hindi language movies with the controversial film, Sridevi Bungalow. Meanwhile, she has signed another Hindi movie, Love Hackers, which will be based on the cybercrime theme and will be helmed by Mayank Prakash Srivastava.
While interacting with media, Priya Prakash Varrier said that she is open to good Hindi movies offers coming her way and she would love to be a part of Bollywood industry. She also said that she would love to get rid of the ‘Wink Girl’ title by improving herself as an actor.
While her upcoming Hindi movie, Sridevi Bungalow, caught controversies after producer Boney Kapoor sent a legal notice to the makers objecting the title and a scene where the movie character named Sridevi is lying dead in a bathtub. Talking about the controversies, Priya said that she is just portraying the character given to her and it is not their agenda to intentionally hurting anyone’s personal feelings.
