Gorgeous Yami Gautam, who wooed her fans in her last release URI: The Surgical Strike alongside Vicky Kaushal, is currently awaiting the release of the upcoming comedy-drama Bala starring Ayushmann Khurrana in the titular character. Meanwhile, the actress has wrapped up shooting of another project with Vikrant Massey.
Helmed by debutant Puneet Khanna, Ginny Weds Sunny completed its one and a half month shooting schedule on 24th October as confirmed by the filmmaker. Puneet said that the shooting for the movie is done except a couple of songs which will be filmed shortly.
Talking about the lead pairing, Puneet Khanna said that he couldn’t have asked for a better duo and had a great time shooting the movie with Yami and Vikrant. In the romantic comedy-drama, Yami Gautam will play a headstrong Ginni who meets flamboyant Sunny portrayed by Vikrant Massey for an arranged marriage which she turns down.
Meanwhile, Yami Gautam is prepping for the release of Bala alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar which has been preponed to release on 7 November.
