Zee Studios announced in August that they are bringing together a fresh pair of Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda for a social comedy, 14 Phere. While the movie is scheduled to hit the summers next years, the project is expected to go on the floors by next month with the lead pair.
The shooting of the movie is reportedly commencing on the 10th of November with Vikram Massey and Kriti Kharbanda playing their part. The first schedule of the shooting will take place in a bungalow in Madh Island and Kamalistan Studio where the lead pair will be joined by the likes of Gauahar Khan, Vinay Pathak, Yamini Das, and Vineet Kumar. The movie is being directed by Devanshu Singh and will revolve around a social message.
“4 Phere is an important film that beautifully captures the heart and heartland of India—it’s a quirky, contemporary, emotional and relevant film which also highlights how weddings, most often, happen between two families, not just two people. We needed a fresh, new pairing and we couldn’t have been happier to have Vikrant and Kriti on board,” said Shariq Patel, CEO of Zee Studios.
Helmed by Devanshu Singh and bankrolled by Zee Studios, 14 Phere stars Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda in the prominent characters. The movie is slated to release on July 9, 2021, if things materialize on the scheduled timeline.
