According to a recent report, veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar’s brothers, Ehsan Khan and Aslam Khan, have been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai after testing positive for the novel coronavirus. Both the siblings are reported to have comorbidities and have been kept on non-invasive ventilators at the Lilavati hospital in Bandra, Mumbai.

Both the siblings are younger to Dilip Kumar and are over 85 years of age and therefore, doctors are taking extra care in their ongoing treatments in Mumbai. While both the brothers are said to be suffering from other health ailments like blood pressure, one of them is reportedly having Parkinson’s syndrome. Doctor Jalil Parkar, who also handled the case of Sanjay Dutt last week, confirmed the admission of Ehsan Khan and Aslam Khan in the Lilavati Hospital for COVID-19 treatment.

Earlier, actor Dilip Kumar had urged his fans to maintain social distancing and remain indoors to battle the tough times. The 97-year-old actor lives with his wife, Saira Banu, and the two are in complete isolation. Ehsan and Aslam lived separately from Dilip Kumar and have reportedly had no physical with the veteran actor in the recent days.

Days ago, Amitabh Bachchan and his son, Abhishek Bachchan, were discharged from the hospital where they were being treated for COVID-19. The Bachchan family except Jaya Bachchan were tested positive for the novel Coronavirus and they were shifted to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai for intensive treatment.
