The much-awaited sequel to Anees Bazmee’s 2005 comedy blockbuster No Entry is finally taking shape. Titled No Entry 2, the film is being planned for a Christmas 2026 release, and fans can expect double the fun as all three male leads will reportedly play dual roles.
Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor are already on board, while the hunt is still on for the third actor after Diljit Dosanjh opted out of the project. Earlier speculations hinted at creative differences behind Diljit’s exit, but producer Boney Kapoor clarified that the decision came down to scheduling conflicts. “Yes, we have parted in good spirits as the dates were not aligning with our requirements. Hopefully, we will soon do a Punjabi film together,” Kapoor shared.
Diljit’s packed calendar includes his Aura Tour in Australia and New Zealand later next year, along with multiple film projects, leaving no room for him to join the sequel. Despite his exit, excitement around No Entry 2 remains high, with fans eager to see how Anees Bazmee brings back the laughter in this big-scale comedy entertainer.
