A team of police officials visited Sonakshi Sinha’s home in Juhu on Thursday after an event organizer filed a case of breach of contract against actress Sonakshi Sinha. The case was filed in the city of Moradabad last year after Sonakshi Sinha alleged cheated the organizer.
According to the event organizer, Sonakshi Sinha accepted a booking amount of 24 lakh rupees for an event in New Delhi but she refused to turn up at the last moment. The event organizer, Pramod Sharma, filed a cheating case against Sonakshi Sinha in February last year.
The UP police, in assistance with the Juhu police officials, visited the Sonakshi Sinha’s home for questioning related to the accusations against her. The officials waited for a couple of hours at her house but had to leave because of her absence. According to sources, they will supposedly make another visit to the actress at her home.
Sonakshi Sinha, on the other hand, took to her social media account and took her stance. She wrote, “An event organizer who couldn’t live up to his commitment obviously thinks he can make a fast buck by maligning my crystal clear image in the press. There is full cooperation with the authorities from my end for the investigation to be conducted. Would request the media not to fan these bizarre claims of an unscrupulous man.”
