Farhan Akhtar is another perfectionist of the Indian film industry who manages to deliver stellar performances by giving his soul to his characters. The 47-year-old actor has been awaiting the release of his next, Toofaan, but due to the pandemic, it kept on postponing. Finally, the makers have released the much-awaited trailer of the movie which is slated for a digital premiere on 16 July.

Farhan Akhtar took to his Instagram handle to share the trailer of his upcoming movie and netizens cannot get enough of his new avatar. The 3 minutes long trailer showcases Farhan as a street fighter who has decided to become the next big thing in the world of boxing. However, after getting a successful career under the coaching of Paresh Rawal’s character, he is banned from boxing for five years. The later part of the trailer revolves around his struggles to reclaim his respect in the boxing ring.

Farhan has undergone a tremendous physical transformation for the movie and he manages to spell-bound the audience even in the trailer with his acting. The rest of the key characters played by Paresh Rawal and Mrunal Thakur are equally impressive and showcases a strong screen presence.

The movie is helmed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra as he reunites with Farhan after the tremendous success of their previous collaboration, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. The movie is slated for digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video on 16 July.
