Released in 1982, the Hollywood action movie, First Blood, turned out to be extraordinary for the American actor Sylvester Stallone and made him the superstar he is today. After 40 years of the first instalment of the Rambo franchise, the Bollywood producers are ready to make a Hindi remake with Tiger Shroff stepping into Stallone’s shoes. However, the recent rumours suggested that Baahubali fame Prabhas has replaced Tiger in the remake.

The first look poster of Tiger Shroff as the Indian Rambo was released years ago and his fans have been eagerly waiting to see him as the war veteran. However, recent developments about the Hindi remake rumoured that Tiger has been replaced by Prabhas which is not ‘rubbished’ by Tiger himself. In a recent media interaction, the Heropanti actor refuted such reports by saying, “Where on earth is this coming from, and why?”

Now that fans of Tiger Shroff can take a sigh of relief, there is more in the show. There is a possibility that the original Rambo, Sylvester Stallone, might make a cameo in the Tiger Shroff starrer. Sylvestor had earlier made an appearance in the Bollywood movie, Kambhakkt Ishq, and he also wished Tiger luck for the Hindi remake of his masterpiece. Speaking on the same, Tiger said, “Why not? It’d be great. Right now I am just super-excited about stepping into Mr Stallone’s shoes. It’s a formidable place to be in. We all know what the first Rambo film meant to the series.”

Featuring Tiger Shroff as Sylvester Stallone’s character, Rambo will be helmed by War director Siddharth Anand and the movie is likely to get on the floors soon.
