Get ready for double the action and double the madness—Ajay Devgn is all set to make a thunderous comeback as Jassi in Son of Sardaar 2! After the smashing success of the original, the beloved character returns to the big screen in what promises to be a high-octane, laugh-out-loud entertainer.
Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the much-awaited sequel is slated to hit cinemas on July 25, 2025. The film is presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, and is a joint production by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, N R Pachisia, and Pravin Talreja, with Kumar Mangat Pathak serving as co-producer.
The recently unveiled poster sets the tone for what’s to come. Ajay Devgn’s larger-than-life avatar features him donning a sharp black leather jacket, dark trousers, and a crisp white shirt, topped off with a bold yellow turban that commands attention. Striking a power pose with one foot on each of two military tanks, he embodies swagger and strength, perfectly echoing the tagline: “The Return of the Sardaar.”

But the sequel won’t have the spotlight all to itself—Son of Sardaar 2 is gearing up for a box office clash with Maddock Films’ Param Sundari, which stars Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor. The stage is set for a showdown both on-screen and at the ticket counters.
Son of Sardaar 2 arrives this July to bring back the high-energy fun, family chaos, and fearless heroics we loved in the original, only turned up a notch.
