After Rohit Shetty’s Ranveer Singh starrer blockbuster ‘Simmba’, a Hindi adaptation of Puri Jagannath’s Telugu blockbuster ‘Temper’ starring Junior NTR, its time for the official Tamil remake of the same starring actor Vishal titled ‘Ayogya’.
The teaser of the same has been recently dropped and it gives us a glimpse of Vishal in a rustic and flamboyant avtar as corrupted police officer who is bragging about his love for money and how nothing matters to him before it.
The movie will chronicle around actor Vishal’s character, who is proud of his corrupted ways of handling criminal cases in exchange of money, however, is a man with a heart. Everything changes when his own becomes a brutal victim to the crimes he otherwise would shamelessly bury under the carpet for money. His change of heart and realisation of his corrupted sense of morality will lead him to right the wrong.
Directed by Venkat Mohan of Akshay Kumar starrer Holiday, Mahesh Babu’s Spyder & Thallapathy Vijay’s Kaththi fame, the movie will also star Raashi Khanna, R. Parthiepan, Pooja Devariya and K.S. Ravikumar in pivotal characters.
Ayogya is all set to hit the theatres in April 2019.
