Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma has been one of the most successful sitcom ever in India which has been loved by the masses for years. The show is best known for its comedy coupled with family values and the banter between friendly neighbours, which makes it the perfect family entertainer. However, one of the most loved characters of the show, Dayaben, played by Disha Vakani took a maternity leave from the show two years ago.
The makers and the fans had been waiting for her return ever since but recently the news broke out that she will not be coming back in the show ever. As per the reports, Disha Vakani had put forth some conditions for her return which didn’t go well with the makers and they announced a hunt for her replacement.
While everyone is excited to find out more about the new Dayaben, it seems like fans of the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma will have to wait a little longer as the makers have put a hold on the auditions. According to the reports of a popular entertainment portal, Telly Chakkar, makers are in no hurry to bring the character back in the show as they are looking for a perfect and a popular face to cast in replacement of Disha Vakani.
On the other hands, fans have been suggesting to bring Ami Tiwari as a replacement to Disha Vakani to play the most loved character of Dayaben in the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma.
