Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput killed himself by hanging in his Bandra residence and shocked the entire nation with his untimely and disheartening demise. The actor who had been a part of several blockbuster movies was said to be suffering from depression which pushed him to take his own life. However, the police have been investigating the unnatural death and have recorded statements of more than 13 people in connection with the actor.
Recently, Rhea Chakraborty, who is rumoured to be dating the late actor, was interrogated by the Mumbai police for over 9 hours. As per the report by a leading daily, the actress confessed during the interrogation that she had been living with Sushant Singh Rajput days before his untimely demise and the couple had also planned to tie the knot. The report has it that the two were looking forward to taking their relationship to the next level and had planned a wedding in November.
The interrogation with the actress also allegedly revealed that she had a fallout with Rajput before leaving the penthouse that they shared. However, Chakraborty claimed that she was in touch with the actor over phone calls and text messages even after their alleged breakup. Sources also inform that Sushant Singh Rajput used to call the actress every night before going to bed. While their conversations are being scanned by the Mumbai police, a friend close to the late actor revealed that he was not happy with his relationship with Chakraborty.
Best known for his work in the biopic of former Indian cricket team skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Sushant Singh Rajput alleged died of suicide in Bandra on June 14. No suicide note was found at the place of incident.
