While the online furore against the Bollywood and others suspected in the mysterious death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has subsided to much extent, investigation agencies are still probing the controversial case. While CBI is yet to submit their verdict, NCB has been conducting raids related to the drug nexus came forth during the investigation of the actor’s death.

Following the row of interrogations and arrests by the NCB team in links to Sushant Singh Rajput, the late actor’s friend and assistant director Rishikesh Pawar has been detained by the bureau. As per reports, Rishikesh has been detained in suspicion of supplying illegal substances to Sushant Singh Rajput. His name had come forth multiple times during the ongoing interrogations and the investigating team had also sent many summonses to the assistant director which were ignored.

The residence of Rishikesh Pawar was earlier raided and NCB had seized a laptop and hard disk from his house. He has been detained on Tuesday for rounds of interrogation.

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly died by suicide on June 14 in his Mumbai residence and the investigation was later handed over to CBI and NCB also started its separate investigation.
