Get set ready to watch superstar Surya donning four different looks and avatar in his upcoming K. V. Anand directorial ‘Kaappaan’ meaning ‘Guardian’ this year.
Produced by Lyca Productions, the high on action and political thriller based movie is Surya’s third time collaboration with the director post Ayan and Maattraan.
The official teaser released by the team doesn’t reveal much except for the fact that Surya is out to fight corruption and terrorists within the country in his own way, however is also referred to as a wanted terrorist.
We also see actor Mohan Lal playing the Indian Prime Minister in an extended cameo, which was earlier said to be offered to Bollywood Shehenshah Amitabh Bachchan.
The movie stars Arya, Boman Irani, Sayyeshaa, Poorna, Samuthirakani, Cirag Jani and Mayilsami in other pivotal character roles as well.
Set to release on August 31st, the Surya and Mohan Lal starrer teaser gives a promising preview of what can be expected from the highly action packed and intriguing film narrative.
