Reality TV star and supermodel Kendall Jenner reveals her experiences with anxiety and tells she struggled with heart palpitations and couldn’t breathe during such panic attacks.
She tells how two or three years ago she genuinely started having really terrible panic attacks. She was having frights in the middle of her sleep, and literally felt heart palpitations. She recalls not being able to breathe and how it was getting worse. Kendall shared her story ahead of her four-part series called “Open Minded”.
She earlier informed that she has also faced a problem with her mental health. She recalled that she was really young and remembers not being able to feel like she couldn’t breathe and shared this with her mother Kris Jenner. She vented out how she couldn’t breathe and was afraid that must be wrong.
Kris took her to a couple of doctors to ensure that Kendall was physically alright, which she was. She remembers that nobody ever told her that she had anxiety until three or four years ago when it came back completely full-on. She would have crazy panic attacks that’s when she was informed that she needed to do something about it. And that is when Kendall realised what she was struggling with and learnt new ways to cope with her mental health issues.
