Diljit Dosanjh and Kriti Sanon starrer Arjun Patiala made its way to the theatres last week but failed to garner positive response at the box office. While the Rohit Jugraj directorial was struggling to mint coins at the box office, the movie fell into controversy after a Delhi-based man’s number was mistakenly revealed on the big screen.

After the peppy party song featuring Sunny Leone, the character played by Sunny in the movie gives her number to ACP Arjun Patiala portrayed by Diljit Dosanjh which turned out to be a real number owned by Puneet Agarwal. The 27-year-old resident from Delhi started receiving numerous calls from Sunny Leone fans after the release of the movie.

Puneet expressed his annoyance caused by the negligence of the movie makers and filed a legal complaint after receiving abusive and harassing calls from the strangers. While the cast of the movie had nothing to do with the mishap, Sunny Leone apologized for the mishappening.

In a recent interview, the actress said, “Sorry I didn’t mean for that to happen to you. Must get some really interesting people calling (sic)!”
