Star plus is leaving no stone unturned in promoting its upcoming show ‘Yeh Rishte Hain Pyaar Ke’ starring Shaheer Sheikh and Rhea Sharma, a spin-off of their super hit show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ produced by Rajan Shahi.

The channel pulled in famous and much loved Rapper Baadshah, known for his amazing Bollywood and Punjabi songs, to introduce the audience to the upcoming show adding a peppy and young flavor to it. Guess they weren’t wrong at all, the track ‘Kyon Jhatpat Shaadi?’ is the most relatable feeling of today’s generation.

The first video features all the lovely star plus’s older generation ladies trying to convince Mishti (Rhea) to get married and not to delay the process anymore as the alliances coming for her are all perfect with the “right” kind of education, looks, profession, financial background etc., however the girl is so not a believer of deciding on a long term relationship over just a cup of tea.

But as they say, the older generation have their own way of getting into your head and convincing you about certain life aspects one isn’t really too sure about. The Nanis and Dadis have Mishti super confused, but then here enters the hero to the rescue.

The second promo  gives us a glimpse into Shaheer and Rhea’s freshly brewing onscreen chemistry, with a lot of wit, spice and colors added to it.  Shaheer seems like the sounding board Rhea’s Mishti needs at a time when she is being put through the dilemma of rushing into choosing a life partner for herself.

While there are too many worthy matches all around us, not everyone is a perfect match, certainly the check list for sure doesn’t make up for someone looking for a true companionship.

The duo’s dynamic chemistry is surely unmissable in the promo, it clicks and impresses you in the very first instance. That itself is a huge win for the makers. It is to be seen if this spunk and freshness is maintained in the characters and its narrative through out in the show.

Joining the ensemble cast are Ritvik Arora, Kaveri Priyam, Sanjeev Seth, Lata Sabharwal and Swati Chitnis. The show is all set to go on air from March 18 at 10 PM, replacing Nakuul Mehta and Niti Taylor starrer Dhinchak Ishqbaaz.
