SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali – The Epic continues to prove its timeless appeal as it dominates theatres once again. The re-release of the Prabhas and Anushka Shetty starrer has set the box office on fire, emerging as the third highest-grossing re-release of all time in India within just three days.
According to reports, the film collected an impressive ₹6.30 crore on day 3 across all languages. The Telugu version led the charts with ₹3.9 crore, followed by Hindi with ₹1.60 crore. The remaining collections came from the Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions.
With this, Baahubali – The Epic has amassed ₹24.35 crore net at the Indian box office, and the total gross stands at around ₹28.73 crore. These numbers surpass the lifetime collections of many re-released films within just one weekend.
The film has already overtaken Ghilli to claim the third spot among India’s all-time top-grossing re-releases. Its next goal is to surpass Tumbbad (₹38 crore gross) and secure the second position.
All eyes are now on the crucial Monday test, which will determine how soon SS Rajamouli’s cinematic masterpiece can climb further up the list.
