Indian cinema and telly actress Sonali Bendre, who is bravely battling with her Advanced Metastatic cancer has made a great kick-off to the New year with the official website launch of her digital book club on her birthday i.e. on 1st January 2019.
The actress who herself is a Lectiophile, grew up with a fondness for reading created this digital platform in 2017 to connect with the people who share the same passion for reading across the globe. The official website of Sonali’s book club is an expansion of her digital book club that features interactive sessions between various renowned authors, writers and readers.
Sonali wanted to create a platform where she could interact with the other book lovers who would come up with varied perspectives and notions after reading books. She started this club on Facebook in 2017 and in no time it gathered impressive number of readers traction.
The enthusiastic response from the readers from different corners of the globe worked as an encouragement for her and made her to expand the purpose of connecting book lovers in a more interesting way with her newly launched website.
Promising writers like Amish Tripathi, Anand Neelakantan, Rashmi Bansal and many other established authors are on board where they will be interacting deeply with the budding writers and help them in the process of weaving their story in the Master class session. Her book club also encourages the upcoming authors by giving them a platform where they can talk about their book and reach wider audience.
