Sidharth Malhotra’s much-anticipated action film, Yodha, has faced yet another change in its release date, and it’s now slated for March 15, 2024. Initially, the film was set to hit theatres on December 15, 2023, but the date was moved up to December 8, 2024, before the recent shift to March 15, 2024.
The exact reason for this latest delay remains undisclosed, but speculation suggests it might be to avoid clashing with other major-budget releases in the final quarter of 2023. In December, Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal and Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur will grace the silver screen on the 1st. On December 8, Manoj Bajpayee’s critically acclaimed Joram will debut. Adding to the December excitement, Shah Rukh Khan and Prabhas will go head-to-head with Dunki and Salaar, respectively, as both films are set to release on December 22.
Turning the spotlight back to Yodha, it’s heralded as Dharma Productions’ inaugural action franchise and features Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role, alongside Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. The film is directed by Sagar Ambre and produced by Karan Johar.
