The entire world is confined to their homes and in order to cope with the excess time, many are dependant on the OTT platforms for entertainment amid the scary situation. While the Indian entertainment industry is halted like others, renowned actress Shruti Haasan is spending her time at home quarantine and watching television shows.

In an exclusive conversation with the entertainment portal, Pinkvilla, Shruti Haasan had revealed that her favourite television show was Peaky Blinders. “I love that show because I like the lead actor Cillian Murphy. He’s a favourite. I feel it’s lovely how they created this world and usually,” the Welcome Back actress added. Shruti also confessed that she is a big fan of series like The Sopranos, while Peaky Blinders is her ultimate favourite.

Peaky Blinders is a British period crime saga television series set in Birmingham, England. Led by the lead character and a notorious gang leader, Tommy Shelby, the crime saga is one of the most loved British television series and has won numerous awards for the performance of the lead cast. Created by Steven Knight, the gang drama stars Cillian Murphy as the protagonist with Annabelle Wallis, Helen McCrory, Paul Anderson, Tom Hardy, Sophie Rundle, and Finn Cole in prominent characters.
