After impressing audiences with a string of powerful performances, Sharvari is fast becoming one of the most promising names in Bollywood. Her breakthrough came with the sleeper hit Munjya, where her role and striking appearance in the song Taras turned her into a national sensation. She quickly followed that up with the OTT release of Maharaj, which drew attention for both her performance and the film’s controversy. Soon after, she showed off her action chops in Vedaa, further solidifying her status as an actress to watch.
Now, Sharvari is eyeing even bigger milestones. With her first solo theatrical release, Alpha—starring alongside Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol—slated for Christmas 2025, she’s already locked in her next big project: Don 3.
Rumours of Sharvari being part of the iconic Don franchise had been circulating for some time, and now it’s confirmed. According to sources, she was one of the top contenders and ultimately clinched the role. “Excel Entertainment is thrilled to have her on board,” the insider revealed. “Sharvari is equally excited, especially since Don 3 will allow her to explore a different kind of action role compared to Alpha.”
With this announcement, Sharvari now finds herself at the centre of three major cinematic universes. Munjya is part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, and she’s expected to return in the sequel, Maha Munjya. Alpha is a highly anticipated addition to the YRF Spy Universe. And now, Don 3, a franchise that has earned a cult following, adds another feather to her cap.
Production for Don 3 is expected to kick off by late 2025, once Sharvari wraps up promotions for Alpha. Ranveer Singh, who’s headlining Don 3, is expected to be free after the release of his action film with Aditya Dhar. Farhan Akhtar’s 120 Bahadur hits theatres in November, and Vikrant Massey, rumoured to play the antagonist, will also have wrapped his schedule by then.
