The giant video streaming platform, Netflix, made its market in India with the success of Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer web series Sacred Games. With a drift towards the digital platforms, everyone from the Bollywood industry is investing in the web-based projects and the King Of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, is no behind.

The Red Chillies Entertainment earlier announced that it will produce a number of digital series for the video streaming platform, Netflix. While Shah Rukh Khan’s production house is bankrolling Bard of Blood featuring Emraan Hashmi and Class of 83 starring Bobby Deol, he will co-produce another digital series for Netflix.

According to the sources, Red Chillies Entertainment, in association with Gaurav Verma and Netflix, will produce a horror series for the streaming service Netflix. While the details of the projects are kept under wraps, the series is titled as Betaal and will be directed by Patrick Graham, who is also penning the story. Patrick has earlier worked with Netflix for the horror series Ghoul starring Radhika Apte. However, an official announcement is still to be made.
