Shah Rukh Khan is all prepared to break his years-long self-imposed sabbatical and will be making a comeback with Pathan. Meanwhile, King Khan has a number of big banner projects in the making and the most recent announcement is with the filmmaker Atlee. SRK and Atlee were alleged to be working on a movie project for years and last week, an official announcement with a title reveal was made for Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan.
Titled Jawan, the film promises to present Khan in a completely new avatar. Towards the end of the teaser, we see a wounded and bandaged Khan sitting at a metro station and looking on as a train passes by. Now the official Twitter handle of the Pune Metro informs that it is the first movie to be shot at the new metro.
“Excited to share with you glimpse of Pune Metro’s Sant Tukaram Nagar #MetroStation in the teaser of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie. The first film which was shot at #PuneMetro @iamsrk,” read the Tweet of Pune Metro Rail as they shared a small part of the Jawan teaser.

Red Chillies Entertainment presents Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead and produced by Gauri Khan. Jawan will be released on 2nd June 2023 in five languages making it Shah Rukh Khan’s first Pan India film.
