Sara Ali Khan, the Bollywood actor, recently confirmed the much-awaited debut of her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan in the film industry. Ibrahim, who was previously seen assisting Karan Johar on the sets of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, has now wrapped up filming for his first movie.
Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan are the children of renowned actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, who separated in 2004. While Sara made her impressive Bollywood debut with the 2018 film Kedarnath, Ibrahim is set to follow in her footsteps.
During a recent interview after her Cannes debut, Sara Ali Khan shared exciting news about Ibrahim’s entry into Bollywood. She revealed that he had just completed shooting for his first film as an actor. Sara expressed her emotions, saying, “I can’t believe it. Whenever Ibrahim comes home, whether it’s from school or from shoot, we both have this extremely loving and similar attitude towards him. That’s when I realize I have my mother’s heart.”
While there were previous reports of Ibrahim making his acting debut in a Karan Johar film, no official announcements have been made yet. Ibrahim often grabs attention due to his striking resemblance to his father Saif. Many consider him to be a carbon copy of his father, while Sara reminds people of Amrita Singh during her younger days.
Sara and Ibrahim share a close bond with their father Saif. They are frequently seen spending time together or visiting Saif and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s house. Sara and Ibrahim are half-siblings to Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, whom Kareena had with Saif.
On the work front, after her return from Cannes, Sara is now busy promoting her upcoming film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, in which she stars alongside Vicky Kaushal.
