Renowned director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is under the spotlight for quite some time now for his project Inshallah which earlier starred Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt but reportedly got shelved. Meanwhile, Sanjay announced another project, Gangubai Kathiawadi, starring Alia Bhatt as the protagonist. While the project is slated to a release on 11 September 2020, the director has announced another project titled as Baiju Bawra.
While Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known for making magnum opus movies, he is eyeing for the biggest project of his career which will be a musical saga. Titled as Baiju Bawra, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming magnum opus will be a revenge story of a maverick maestro.
Baiju Bawra is said to be the most ambitious project of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and will release on the occasion of Diwali in the year 2021. While the movie announcement has been done, cast and crew of the film are yet to be decided and finalized. Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi will hit the big screens on 11 September 2020.
