Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput left for his heavenly abode on the 14th of June when he reportedly killed himself by hanging. While even after a month, the Mumbai Police is trying to connect all the dots and probing possibilities of professional rivalry resulting in his untimely demise, new rumours about the late actor are surfacing over the internet almost every day.

There has been a report doing rounds over the internet which claims that the late actor was suffering from bipolar disorder as informed by his psychiatrist during the police interrogation. While the report has divided his fans into believers and non-believers of the news, Rajput’s last co-star Sanjana Sanghi has opened up on his mental presence during the shooting of his last movie, Dil Bechara.

“I met Sushant on Dil Bechara sets I didn’t know him in 2015 or 2016 to know the difference. So for me, the only Sushant I knew was the one I met. Whether he was quiet, jovial, focused or not; for me that was the parameter. So my mind also didnt go in that direction. He was always present, always giving and you’ve seen the trailer, you can tell that’s not an actor whose mind is elsewhere. He’s all there. He was so supportive and collaborative so there was no scope for me to think of anything else,” the actress quotes.

However, when she was told that a report claims that he was bipolar, she said that she is not qualified to answer that. “I don’t know about the illness bit of it because that’s not where your mind goes when you’re with a person. If he would have ever let something off to me or told me, then I would have had the conversation. But he never did,” Sanjana Sanghi added.
