Salman Khan has been struggling for a good script for a while now as his last couple outings at the box office were dud and he is leaving no stones unturned for his next, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, which is being helmed by Prabhu Deva. Meanwhile, the superstar has been grabbing headlines for his another project, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, as well.

While the plot and other details of the movie have been kept under wraps, a source close to the development of the movie informs that the movie is another remake in the Bollywood industry. If the reports are to be believed, Salman Khan starrer Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is a Hindi remake of the blockbuster Tamil actioner, Veeram, which originally stars Ajith alongside Tamannaah in the female lead.

While there has been no official announcement so far regarding the same, Ajith starrer Veeram is a story about an honest man who prefers violence to settle disputes but seeks peace for his lover. However, the plotline picks up the pace when he learns that a gang of rowdies is after his lover. As per the source, Salman Khan immediately gave his nod for the movie but the script is being worked upon to make it suitable for the Hindi audience.

With Salman Khan in the lead role, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali also stars Pooja Hegde and Aayush Sharma in prominent characters. Helmed by Farhad Samji, the movie is slated to release on the occasion of Eid next year.
