Set against the backdrop of Navratri, directed by Abhiraj Minawala, the movie is an old school love story of a college going Garba boy from Baroda and an NRI girl from London and their journey and celebration of Love.
Music composed by Tanishk Bagchi and Sanchit Balhara for the movie is already receiving rave reviews, especially the Garba track ‘Chogada’ by Asees Kaur and Darshan Raval and love ballad by Atif Aslam ‘Tera Hua’.
The reason for the last minute name change hasn’t been put out yet. However, few months back post the announcement of the film, it had received complaints from the ‘Vishwa Hindu Parishad’ for the title being offensive and insulting to the pious Hindu festival. The complaints had led to an unnecessary controversy , which can be the reason for this change of title.
The movie set to release on 5th October also stars seasoned Television stars Ronit Roy and Ram Kapoor in pivotal characters.
